Purchased Bahama Shutters for patio. Love love them. The entire process from measurement to install has been amazing. Customer service is outstanding had a minor issue with bracket adjustment they came right out and got the issue corrected. Highly recommend the quality and service is outstanding!

I just had my master closet done today and I'm so extremely happy with it!! It turned out exactly like the renderings that I was provided. Jim was wonderful to work with. I'm actually having him quote me for two more projects that I'm interested in, just because I was so happy with how this one turned out, as well as the process that went along with it. Highly recommend this company if you're looking into a closet renovation!

To summarize my experiences with Signature Closets to date: Quality, Beautiful Product, Genuine People and Customer Service Beyond Reproach. There aren't enough words permitted in this post, to describe the service we received. Craig is an extremely personable, friendly person who went out of his way to ensure everything was just perfect for us in our new home. In the end they couldn’t have been more perfect! The shutters are gorgeous! I had never considered shutters being mixed in with our Hunter Douglas Roller shades; however, with Craig's natural flair for design, he saw the opportunity immediately and delivered. He took the time to meticulously paint each shutter to perfectly matched our existing decor, and installed them with the same attention to detail, resulting in beautiful shutters which fit perfectly and couldn't match better. With the Hunter Douglas rollers shades, the experience was much the same. We have extremely large casement windows which face a public area in our bedroom and Master Bath. These have had no coverings for the last few months since buying our home making privacy a serious concern. Our shades came in earlier then the shutters and understanding our current circumstance, Craig made a special trip, without us needing to ask and at no extra charge, to install the shades, and provide the privacy we badly needed while we waited for the shutters. This was huge and really demonstrates the type of people Signature Closets are. Signature Closets genuinely CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS and the satisfaction they will receive from their products over many, many years! Craig took the time to ensure everything was just perfect from the design, install, ensuring we understood how to use, the warranties etc. There was no rushing, instead the whole process was actually enjoyable. The customer service alone with Signature Closets would give this business a 5-star rating, throw in the beautiful products and personable people, you just feel and know you can trust, makes you feel so much more at ease when making an investment into window coverings such as these. Craig and team recently installed a custom pantry and plantation shutters in my home. Craig was AWESOME to work with from Day 1. Professional, knowledgeable, honest and competitively priced. Unlike other companies we had come out to give us a quote, Craig worked with us to maximize our small space and even stepped outside the box to create a custom dog food bin that we had requested. The installation was quick and Craig and team were top notch. We recently bought a house and decided to install plantation shutters throughout, not a small job. Craig and his team came highly recommended from our realtor. We were not disappointed! The team were extremely responsive and professional. Craig personally answered every text and email quickly and followed through on every promise. Ray, our installer, began work at 8:30am and worked until the job was finished at 6:30pm. He was thorough, professional, and extremely tidy. I highly recommend Craig and Ray to install shutters. If ever the need arises, we’ll call Craig.

Craig and his team did a great job. We had them come out to give us a quote on a new pantry and garage storage system. Craig worked with us to find a workable solution for the pantry (given ours has an odd shape) and helped us find a good balance between cost and maximizing storage space. Highly recommend!
