It begins with you calling in and scheduling a consultation with one of our design consultants. We will come to your home and listen. We will discuss all of your storage or window covering needs and design a custom solution that addresses those needs specifically. There is no charge, no obligation, and no pressure associated with this service. We believe that you’ll want to do business with us once you work with us, we treat our customers like we would want to be treated in our own home and your home is our passion!
For Closets, Our design consultant with share with you 3D CAD renderings and no-nonsense pricing of your newly designed space. They will work with you to tweak that design until it’s exactly what you want and need. We will start with a functional and efficient design and also offer an industry leading array of options for you to choose from. From wood grain finishes to traditional trim package options to the latest in LED lighting and security options, we can make your space as functional or fancy as your heart desires.
For Window Treatments, we carry samples of all of our products and will show you how they will fit and work in your home. When choosing plantation shutters, blinds or shades we are up on the latest design trends and will help find a solution that will meet the needs of your home for many years to come.
Manufacturing
For Closets and storage solutions, once we agree on the perfect solution the products will be manufactured at Signature Closets in Anderson, SC. They utilize the latest technology in both CAD software and automated manufacturing. Their products are manufactured to exacting standards and engineered to last forever. From finish choices right down to the quality of the fasteners they use, we cut zero corners in ensuring that we provide the premier storage solutions to our customers.
For Plantation Shutters, once we agree on the perfect solution the products will be manufactured at The Louver Shop facility in Gainesville, GA. Their products are manufactured to exacting standards and engineered to last for as long as you own your home. From finish choices right down to the quality of the fasteners they use, we cut zero corners in ensuring that we provide the highest quality plantation shutters in the industry.
Installation
Once the manufacturing is complete, then our installers bring it down the home stretch. All of our installers are industry professionals and have been installing our products for many years. They will respect your home, drive clean vehicles, and complete most installations in a single day. Once installed, all of our products carry a limited lifetime warranty for the duration of the time that you own your home.
Warranty/Disclaimer
Limited Lifetime Residential Warranty Coverage: Signature Closets warrants that the products you purchase will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the normal lifetime of the products when used for single-family residential use. This limited warranty extends only to the original end user of the products, is not transferable, and excludes electric/electronic components which carry a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty (e.g. lighting components).
Hunter Douglas Warranties: Most Hunter Douglas products carry the same warranties as our closets and shutters, however there are some exclusions to the limited lifetime warranty. As your designer for additional details on warranty exclusions.
One Year Non-Residential Coverage: Signature Closets warrants that the products you purchased will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of (1) year when used for non-residential or commercial use. This limited warranty extends only to the original end user of the product and is not transferable.
Exclusive Remedy: Signature Closets will repair or replace any component of the products you purchase if it is defective. This is your sole and exclusive remedy for any defects in the product purchased. If Signature Closets does not repair or replace a defective component of the products within a reasonable time, its liability to you will be limited to the purchase price of the products. Note that a trip charge may apply to resolve a warranty issue on products installed after 5 years in the home.
Exclusions from Coverage: You will have waived any claim for breach of warranty if you do not notify Signature Closets in writing within 90 days after you discover the defect. This limited lifetime warranty does not cover (1) the improper installation by others, or use of the product; (2) abuse or neglect; or (3) normal wear and tear. Nobody can expand this warranty or waive any of its limitations. Signature Closets has neither relation to nor responsibility, inherent or implied, for the products, installations, and warranties of other companies. Including but not limited to; Signature Closets or any others not specifically designated.
